• The file is password-protected—use the first four letters of your name in CAPITAL letters followed by your birth year as the password.

Note: To change your mobile number linked with Aadhaar, you need to visit an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre. At the centre, share your Aadhaar number and the new mobile number. • Click Submit to view the current status, such as “Order Processed”, “Handed Over to DoP”, or “Delivered”.

Once you place an order, UIDAI dispatches your PVC Aadhaar Card to the Department of Post (DoP) within 5 working days (excluding the request day). The card is usually delivered within 5–15 working days through Speed Post to the address registered in your Aadhaar.

How to Generate Virtual ID (VID)?
